Privacy notice for business contacts
Information pursuant to Art. 14 GDPR for individuals whose business contact details we obtain from external B2B sources.

Why you are receiving this information. We have identified you as a possible business contact at a company that is relevant to us and would like to reach out to you about our products (including ProcessForge).
Source of the data. We obtained your professional details from the B2B data provider Apollo.io (ZenLeads, Inc.), supplemented by publicly available professional sources, in particular your LinkedIn profile.
Categories of data processed. Name, company, professional role/position and your professional LinkedIn profile URL, plus an internal role/seniority classification derived from these. We do not process private contact details (private email address, telephone number) in this context.
Purposes and legal basis. Business contact and direct outreach in B2B sales. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in approaching potential business customers, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients. Our CRM/sales system Attio (Attio Limited, United Kingdom) and, where applicable, Zoho CRM; technical operation by processors.
Retention period. We store your data for as long as there is a legitimate interest in initiating a business relationship, at the latest until you object; the data is then deleted or restricted from further processing.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR), which you can exercise at datenschutz@lgd-data.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
